As this season of Two Women Chatting wraps up, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible women who’ve joined me – and how every conversation has reminded me that midlife isn’t a crisis, it’s a catalyst.
This month, I’ve been chatting with Dr Helen Wall, TV doctor and GP, about ADHD in midlife – something I’ve experienced myself. We talked about the lightbulb moments that come when you finally understand how your brain works, why so many of us don’t realise we have ADHD until our hormones dip during menopause, and how learning to work with your brain instead of against it can be genuinely life-changing.
I’ve also been exploring intuition and spirituality with Surrey resident Psychic Sally Morgan, who’s been captivating audiences for decades. Her sold-out theatre show in Esher this October was a masterclass in energy and empathy – and she’s already booked for Epsom Playhouse in July 2026! We chatted about that instinctive “spidey sense” so many of us develop in midlife – and why trusting your gut might just be one of the healthiest habits you can have.
Emma Bardwell, nutritionist and author of The 30g Plan and the February release, The Fibre Effect, reminded me that midlife wellness isn’t about restriction or reinvention – it’s about real nourishment. We talked all things protein and fibre – the unsung heroes of energy, hormone balance and longevity – and how small, sustainable tweaks can make a huge difference to how we feel every day.

Finally I chatted to Anna Williamson, relationship expert, Celebs Go Dating presenter and host of Luanna podcast, who brought warmth and honesty to the conversation about love and connection when hormones shift and life changes gear.
It’s been a season leaning into joy, full of wisdom, laughter and lessons about resilience, intuition and reinvention – all the essential ingredients for thriving (not just surviving) in midlife.
