A new luxury wellness destination is set to open on the banks of the River Thames in West London this spring, as Sæl Spa prepares to launch at Fulham Pier in May 2026.
The four-storey facility will form part of a wider riverside development and is being positioned as a high-end spa and wellness club combining fitness, clinical health services and recovery treatments. Access will primarily be reserved for members, with additional availability for guests of the Fulham Pier Hotel and members of Lighthouse Social.
Facilities will include a 15-metre heated rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Thames, alongside a spa penthouse designed for private events.
Indoor amenities will feature a movement studio equipped with infrared technology, a wet spa with sauna and steam room, and contrast therapy suites offering cold plunge and heat-based treatments.
The spa’s wellness programme has been developed with input from Inge Theron, who contributed to its longevity-focused concept. Services will include personal training, reformer Pilates, yoga and breathwork, alongside recovery-focused practices such as sound therapy.
Clinical diagnostics and treatments will be delivered in partnership with 3 Peaks Health, led by Dr Mark Mikhail. These services are expected to include blood testing, microbiome analysis and neurostimulation therapies. Skincare and body treatments will feature brands such as Omorovicza and BIOEFFECT.
A dedicated recovery lounge will incorporate technology from wellness brand BON CHARGE™, including red light therapy and PEMF devices, alongside IV infusions and compression therapy.

The development will also house Pantri, a café offering nutrition-focused menus, and aims to integrate wellness with social and lifestyle experiences. Memberships are expected to start from £3,000 annually.
Sæl Spa will join a broader mix of hospitality and leisure venues at Fulham Pier, including a food hall, hotel, and restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Adam Byatt.
Developers say the project reflects growing demand for integrated health and wellbeing spaces in London, combining leisure, medical insight and lifestyle services in a single location.
