All the warmth and cheer of Christmas in a glass! Combine the smoothness of Silent Pool Gin with rich flavours of sweet vermouth and cranberry liqueur for a festive take on a classic cocktail.

Ingredients: 

60ml Silent Pool Gin

10ml Sweet Vermouth

10ml Briottet Cranberry Liqueur 

2 dashes orange bitters

 

Method:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice

Strain into a chilled coupette glass

Garnish with orange
