Versace Home, in collaboration with real estate firm RGZ Developers, has unveiled Ocho de Oro, a new residential project comprising eight luxury villas in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. Designed with the distinctive aesthetic of Versace Home, each property is priced at over €12 million and is situated on private 2,000-square-metre plots in the hills near the Costa del Sol.
The development features villas with more than 20 rooms spread over two floors. Interiors include bespoke Versace Home finishes and incorporate spa facilities, a private gym, open-air cinema, and heated pools. The architectural and interior design emphasises natural light, sculptural stone, marble, and rich textures, aiming to combine privacy with high-end living.
To showcase the quality and craftsmanship of the project, RGZ Developers has opened a dedicated showroom in Puerto Banús. The showroom presents the materials and decorative elements used in the construction of the villas, offering potential buyers a preview of the design and lifestyle on offer.
The official presentation of Ocho de Oro was marked by a private event at Momento Marbella. Attendees included Marbella’s mayor, the president of the Málaga Provincial Council, and various figures from the fashion, business, and sports sectors.
Versace Home, originally launched in 1992, was one of the first luxury fashion houses to expand into homeware. Its collections include furniture, textiles, porcelain, and interior décor, all bearing iconic Versace symbols such as the Medusa and the Greca motif. The current creative direction of the brand is led by Dario Vitale, who succeeded Donatella Versace in April 2025.
RGZ Developers was founded by Juan Manuel Reyes and José Luis Suárez, president of construction company Copasa. The firm focuses on high-end developments in southern Spain, particularly in Marbella, catering to growing demand for luxury residences in the region.
