INFINITUM – the luxury golf and real estate resort in Catalonia, has solidified its reputation as one of the leaders in European real estate with three wins at the European Property Awards 2024-25. The resort excelled in three categories, earning prestigious Five Star recognition for Landscape Architecture and Residential Development (10-19 units), as well as securing a victory in the Sustainable Residential Development category.
The awards ceremony took place in London, gathering top industry figures from across Europe. This recognition comes amid INFINITUM’s ongoing expansion, which saw the launch of its third phase of construction in 2024. The project, celebrated for its elegant villas and apartments near the Mediterranean coast, was previously honored as ‘Europe’s Best Golf Real Estate Venue’ at the World Golf Awards.
INFINITUM’s Vía Maris development stood out, receiving Five Star status for its well-designed residential community of 10-19 units. The project’s emphasis on sustainability also led to a second consecutive win in the ‘Sustainable Residential Development – Spain’ category. Each home has been designed to blend with the Mediterranean environment, incorporating the exclusive BREEAM sustainability certification. The resort’s properties feature advanced ventilation systems, minimizing energy use for heating and cooling.
Enric Batlle, Director of Architecture and a founding partner of Batlleiroig, highlighted the project’s integration with the local landscape. “INFINITUM is an exclusive complex of high-quality homes designed for maximum efficiency,” said Batlle. “Our buildings are low in height, light in color, and harmoniously integrated with the existing pine forests.”
The second phase of the INFINITUM project includes 81 multi-family homes with spacious terraces and gardens, alongside 34 semi-detached and 4 detached homes. Paula Olartecoechea Pérez, Marketing and Communication Manager at InmoCaixa, expressed pride in the accolades. “These awards represent our commitment to quality architecture, development, and sustainability,” she said.
Beyond its residential offerings, INFINITUM is known for its trio of golf courses designed by Major winner Greg Norman, a selection of fine dining establishments, and its award-winning Beach Club.
