FERGUS Group has announced the addition of Hotel Eolo in Puerto Pollença, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy in Mallorca. The 50-room property is set to join the company’s tent Hotels portfolio, bringing the brand’s total to 10 sites across Spain.
The hotel will operate under the “Affiliated by FERGUS” model throughout 2026, before undergoing a full repositioning and reopening in spring 2027 as tent Eolo. The move reflects the group’s focus on acquiring and transforming existing assets into concepts aligned with current travel trends.
Company founder and executive chairman Pep Cañellas said the addition marked a “significant milestone”, highlighting Puerto Pollença as one of the island’s most established destinations. He added that the expansion supports the group’s “B&UB” (Bed & Unlimited Brunch) model, which aims to offer a flexible and experience-led approach to hospitality.

The tent Hotels concept centres on adaptable stays designed for travellers seeking convenience and local engagement. A key feature is its extended brunch service, available until 13:30, offering a range of freshly prepared and locally influenced dishes. The model is positioned as an alternative to traditional hotel dining schedules.
At the redeveloped site, guests will have access to a pizzeria restaurant overlooking the local yacht club, alongside a delivery service created in partnership with Just Eat, enabling orders from nearby restaurants to be consumed within the hotel.
Digital services will also form part of the guest experience, including an app providing destination information, direct communication with staff, digital room keys and online check-in options.
FERGUS Group said the expansion aligns with its broader strategy to modernise the hospitality sector through flexible operating models while supporting local economies. Following the addition, the company will operate 21 hotels in Mallorca and 37 properties nationwide, consolidating its presence in Spain’s tourism market.
