Television presenter and motoring personality Richard Hammond will return to Blenheim Palace in September for the 21st edition of Salon Privé, where he will appear across the event’s Supercar Saturday and Supercar Sunday programme.
Hammond will attend the luxury motoring event on 5 and 6 September, following his appearance at last year’s event. He will meet visitors, take part in question-and-answer sessions and judge the Salon Privé Concours de Vente.
The Concours de Vente will take place on Sunday, with Hammond joining Top Gear editor-at-large Jason Barlow and racing driver and broadcaster Amanda Stretton on the judging panel. The judges will select a winning car from vehicles offered for sale by UK dealers, restorers and specialists. The winner will receive the Prix d’Honneur trophy during the afternoon awards parade.
Visitors will also be able to meet Hammond during bottle-signing sessions and meet-and-greets, which are included with general admission. He will showcase his spirits range, including Ratio Gin, Iron Ridge Whisky and Hammond’s Bearing Caribbean Spiced Rum, which is set to be available to the public for the first time at the event.
The rum combines blends from Trinidad, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, with the rums aged for five years in oak barrels.

Hammond will also host a Q&A session in the Boodles Club Lounge, where Club Members can hear about his television career, including his time on Top Gear, as well as his interest in motoring and current business ventures.
He first appeared at Salon Privé in 2025, judging the inaugural Concours de Vente and Lifestyle Club Trophy while presenting his premium spirits range.
Salon Privé’s 2026 event will also feature two new Concours classes focused on modern supercars and hypercars, alongside a revised Best of Show format covering three categories of collector cars.
Salon Privé co-founder David Bagley said Hammond’s return followed a positive response from visitors to his 2025 appearance.
The event will be held at Blenheim Palace from 3 to 6 September, with Hammond scheduled to appear on Supercar Saturday and Supercar Sunday.
Further event information and tickets are available from Salon Privé.
