The new eDEN Hub Curve:  The changing shape of the garden room from eDEN Garden Rooms

The pandemic has changed the way many of us work, and the changing shape of the garden room could signal the way for the future. Over a year on and both employers and employees have seen how, far from being a stop-gap, home-working has real benefits and could be part of permanent post-covid future plans in one form or another. And bosses are seeing that without their staff’s 5-day commute to an office, some company resources could be diverted from travel costs and company car expenditure to the investment in a high quality home office structure that enables considerably improved working conditions over a make-do work area somewhere else within the home.

Exciting new design

The brand new eDEN Hub Curve from eDEN Garden Rooms joins its eDEN Hub Original as micro-office garden work spaces. Bringing a different and unique shape to your outside space, it was created as a response to the continued huge increase that the company has had in enquiries for small bolthole garden offices.

Built to eDEN’s usual standards, yet designed to pre-existing dimensions and to a standardised specification, these great-looking structures are intended to provide the ideal solution for those who need a peaceful homeworking space away from the distractions of the house, without losing precious garden space.

Two variations for great use of neglected garden space

The eDEN Hub can fit neatly into a neglected corner of a garden, transforming an underused space, yet thanks to its high level of insulation and integrated heating, it will provide a year-round office solution.

There are two variations, the eDEN Hub Original available in 3 sizes (from 2 x 2m to 3.2 x 2.4m) while the new eDEN Hub Curve comes in 2.4 x 2.4m or 3.2 x 2.4m. eDEN Garden Rooms describes the Curve as an upgraded model which includes underfloor heating, larger French doors and built-in desk and shelves.

 No planning permission required

Each eDEN Hub garden office  has been carefully and cleverly designed to comply with permitted development rights and building control. This usually means no planning permission is required and the company can build your eDEN Hub quickly, using its ‘no-contact-build’ approach.

Ready for this summer and beyond

The process starts with a free virtual site survey, and the company says that with its current spring availability coupled with speedy turnaround times, an eDEN Hub could be installed in as little as 5 weeks. And all garden rooms come with a 10-year guarantee. Prices start from £12,995 for eDEN Hub Original and £18,995 for the Curve.
