We will create your initial design concept, and establish a mutual understanding of the end to end design process. Every project is a collaboration with my client. When designing a space, Rebecca works with clients in thinking about the story they want to tell. She encourages personality in their spaces. Often it’s the details that tell the story and Rebecca’s talent is in summoning the right mood.
“I once worked with a client that was inspired by her grandmother’s tea-set. It was during a consultation and we were discussing ideas for her tv lounge and she brought out a spectacularly sassy bold coloured tea-set. This creative spark combined with my client’s pursuit of fun in the home formed the inspiration for the lounge with perfect results.”
Rebecca also looks to local artisans to fuel her creative genius. Offering a broad assorted mix of iconic styles, Rebecca seeks out artisans that have the ability to customise pieces which can make a huge design difference.
“Choosing the right products, materials, furniture and furnishings is crucial to my work. My big driving principle is to work with people who are as passionate about their work as I am and who deliver outstanding products time and time again.”
How it works: The 6 stages to a dream interior
Planning
A working document is created capturing both practical, ergonomic and aesthetic requirements.
Concept Design
We will take a deep dive into each space, assessing lighting requirements, relationship between rooms and flow.
Detailed Design
Following approval of concepts, designs are refined and developed.
FF&E
Once design schemes have been approved, we will provide a comprehensive supply list detailing each product including, specification, pricing and delivery times. We will liaise with suppliers, dealing with all paperwork and co-ordinating delivery and installation.
Project Co-ordination
We coordinate all work required to bring your vision to life, making regular site visits to review progress.
Styling & Handover
Our turn-key service includes all finishing touches down to the final detail. All furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories are placed in situ, ready for you to move straight in.
