Caviar House in Piccadilly is set to take part in London Cocktail Week for a second consecutive year, working again with Montenegrin brand Beluga Vodka. The partnership will feature a one-night masterclass on Tuesday 14 October, alongside signature serves available throughout the festival.
The evening will be led by Beluga Vodka’s on-trade manager, Veronika Karlova, who will outline the brand’s history and production methods. Attendees will be able to sample expressions from the Beluga range, including Beluga Noble and Beluga Gold Line, paired with caviar from Caviar House’s own collection. Tickets for the event are priced at £35 per person.
As part of the wider festival, Caviar House will also be serving two cocktails featuring Beluga Vodka. The Beluga Vodka Caviar’tini combines vodka with a twist of lemon and is accompanied by a spoonful of caviar, while a classic Beluga Vodka Martini will also be available. For wristband holders, the drinks will be priced at £12 and £9 respectively. Wristbands can be purchased at Caviar House, located at 161 Piccadilly.
London Cocktail Week runs from 9 to 19 October and involves around 200 venues across the capital. The event, which launched in 2010, is now considered one of the largest city-wide cocktail festivals in the world, offering discounted drinks, pop-ups, and masterclasses.
Caviar House has been established for several decades as a specialist in caviar and smoked salmon, with restaurants and seafood bars in various countries. It is one of the largest importers and distributors of caviar internationally and operates its own sustainable production through the Prunier brand. Founded more than a century ago, Prunier became the first company to produce caviar from farmed sturgeon in 1994, providing an alternative to wild sources. Today, seven varieties of Prunier caviar are available, including three Osciètre types.
Further information about the event and London Cocktail Week is available via the Caviar House website.
